When Nature Provides A Sweet Medicine...

February 09, 2013  •  Leave a Comment

I had a headache all day and it wasn't letting up.  I was border irritable and a little rest-less.....I had spotted these tulips the day before in the store and had come home with all kinds of angles and ideas of how to photograph them.

I get my inspiration from nature, to be honest.  Stress seems to roll off of my back like water when I'm photographing outdoors. I prefer the relaxed mode of being able to make my decisions slowly and carefully without telling my subject what to do.  Ha.

I was able to forget about my headache as I photographed these lovely flowers and took my time within the short amount of light I had left in the evening and it was worth every breath of fresh air I inhaled to get some beautiful shots of my intriguing subject.

The tulip is one of my favorite flowers....as is the white or blue hydrangea or a vibrant orange rose......I wish I could capture a field of tulips in full bloom in their natural habitat.

Thanks for letting me banter ....once again.....lol.

Yours truly,

Mrs. Rogers
