I should have become a photojournalist a loooong time ago. I love to travel and be able to capture something of interest to me at any given moment.
This was in Boston, Dec. 26, 2010.....I was in the "Commons" park area....the freak blizzard had begun early that morning and the temps seemed to drop lower with every minute that passed.
I was not prepared...clothing wise. I didn't expect it to be so cold and windy as well. I had already been out in the snow and park area about 30 minutes and I could barely feel my fingers as I saw this girl walking.
Her red cap and sweater stood out to me against the white....so, I couldn't resist.
It was an adventure, to say the least, being in this kind of weather and taking pictures...since it's un-heard of in Texas.
The weather up in that area this year has made me go back through my pictures of that time I was able to go and remember how cold it felt to a Texan gal that is accustomed to 70 degree Christmas weather.
